Drew Evan Stewart is a seasoned professional in the real estate sales, design and construction industries, with over three decades of experience. In 2003, Stewart started Charming Construction Company, a Remodeling and Design / Build Firm which has operated by referral only for over 20 years. The couple met when they were both New Home Sales Managers, at Goodman Family of Builders LLC, before, during and after that great company was bought out by K. Hovnanian Homes. Looking back, Mr. Stewart says about that time; "...I was extremely blessed to get a position at Goodman Homes, in their Diamond Homes Division, back in 1995, and I was excited & fortunate enough to win Salesperson of the year for Diamond, and I was only there the last 7 months of the fiscal year." "I eventually moved to the Goodman II Level product, and set a few records over the next couple of years as well, and then BOOM, out of nowhere came this amazing, dynamic, energetic and powerful little 5' blonde from Amarillo Texas, and she broke ALL my records! When he's not immersed in the world of real estate and construction, Drew Evan Stewart can often be found exploring the rich cultural heritage of Texas or engaging in writing, performing, recording and producing music. Those closest to him will confirm his talent and passion for music as his original love, writing his first rock and roll compositions at 10 years old, and then continuing these pursuits as founding member and Lead Vocalist for Equinox 1980 –1987.
